Ryan's POV
The only reason I didn't run behind my friends is my family's reputation. I didn't want to embarrass my family in front of the whole media. Even though I was not feeling like being in public, I had no choice. I had to do it for my family. But my family, as always, understood my feelings and helped me avoid the media. Megan took the responsibility of addressing the media and helped me to go behind my friends.
"I am sorry my son, I never thought that my promise would cost you so much. Just go behind them and tell them the truth. I am sure they will understand you. We will be waiting at home for you and Rose." Mom said before I left the hotel. My family had to stay back as we are hosting the function. I will try to convince my friends and get them back as soon as possible.
