Sabina's depression triggered a lot of anxiety disorders and the two main fears that developed into a phobia were thanatophobia or death anxiety, and thalassophobia or fear of large or deep bodies of water. Sabina got over her aquaphobia after a few months of therapy and soon she started having a normal life again while her therapy continued. A month before her nineteenth birthday, her therapist has declared her clear and safe to explore and practice exposure therapy.
