Kaleo managed to sneak Sabina out of the tight security checkpoints from every street. He got a smooth pass from all highways and the police officers never pulled him over for a passenger inspection and that smooth ride went on until they reached the next city.
Sabina sat in silence all throughout the ride, her mind was focused on the next steps of her life after leaving Kaleo. They were in the middle of Jackson road, near the city center of Snyder City, stopping for traffic.. Sabina looked over the window and saw an old, abandoned cathedral with a large waterless fountain in front. She was reminded of that wish they made together in that lover's foundation in Ventus City.
