"How the hell did that stupid case happen? Sabina never faked her identity! Much less pretended to be someone else!" Catelyn mumbled while she agitated. She doesn't understand why the case would be considered identity fraud.
"It only happens when her name, face and fingerprint was never registered in the system or any identification records in the national database." Catelyn explained, trying to figure out how to dig Sabina's real identity without putting her in danger.
