"As much as I want to stay longer and chat, I just received an expulsion order from the most powerful man here in Ventus City." Samantha showed Romani the text that just popped up on her phone.
Romani was surprised to read the simple, unaffectionate words from Señior Antonio telling his daughter to leave the city, 'Leave tonight, I don't want to hear about your death here in the city before mine.'
"I'll protect you from him, Samantha. Stay." Romani replied. He was now determined to offer a timeout for Samantha after discovering that the reconciliation wasn't entirely a restoration of their old father and daughter relationship.
