I exhaled softly as I pressed a finger on the scanner next to Talia's door, my hands full with bags and bags of different snacks and groceries. After Richard left to go have lunch with Sarah, I needed to take my mind off things. And so, I took myself out. It didn't work out as much as I had expected, but at least now I was feeling a lot better.
