Chapter 10Settling himself at the table, Nathan set out some circuit boards while Frank busied himself making breakfast. Despite not feeling hungry, probably because of the unnerving feeling of loss carrying over from his nightmares, Nathan ate the toast Frank prepared and washed it down with juice. The last thing he needed was to feel dizzy or light-headed because he hadn’t eaten.
Trying not to be obvious, Nathan kept track of his lover’s movements as he worked on the circuits; he still felt the need to know Frank was nearby. Other than that, he mostly ignored the others in the room. He looked up from his work when Heinrich came over with a stranger.
