The Only One For Me

I found them all in the game room. Carly, Rose and Kris were playing pool and Drew Casey and Kaye were playing darts. Nora and Jake were dancing off to the side to a slow song.

I couldn’t help but admire Carly, she had on a long sleeve, purple maxi dress that goes past her ankles, but the plunging neckline is what made the dress look bomb on her. Carly has a tiny waist, but no ass, her boobs are huge though and that’s what she always liked to show off. Her cleavage looked bomb! So I come up behind her, slap her ass and say, “Ooh, sooo hot tonight!”, she stands up straight, caresses her butt cheek that I slapped, looked at me and giggled, saying, “Not bad yourself, I love your dress!”. I noticed Drew looking at me but he quickly looked away when I looked at him. Rose handed me a cue stick and asked if I’d like to play Killers in the next round, I nodded and sat down on a stool nearby to wait for their current game to end.

Nora and Jake were swaying while in each others’ arms, looking very much in love. I wish someone would look at me the way Jake looks at Nora. I noticed they were wearing matching bomber jackets. Nora was wearing a denim skinny jeans and what looked like a black crop top and the black and yellow bomber jacket with their initials on the back of it and a yellow sneaker wedge. Jake had on a plain yellow shirt underneath his black and yellow jacket and black bootleg cut jeans and black basketball shoes with yellow accents. They look so good together. I have no doubt that they’d probably get married after college.

Kaye and Casey are both tall and have yet to lose their baby fat, they’re a bit chubby, but it suits them. Kaye is wearing black jeans, denim sneakers and a white hoodie with flamingo standing one legged on the front. Casey is wearing a short mini denim skirt that goes up her thighs, black fish net stockings, black ankle boots, and a pink sleeveless crop top showing off her belly button. Casey was always showing her body even if people talk bad about her because she’s a little bit pudgy.

Kris and Rose wore matching dresses, a black button up knee length dress with white buttons from the chest to the neck, the only difference is how they wore it and they the shoes they were wearing. Kris had on a white open toe wedge sandals that are tied in a criss cross that go up her leg. Rose had on basic white sneakers. Kris had 3 buttons unbuttoned, not enough to show cleavage but enough to show the collar bone. Rose had all the buttons buttoned all the way to her neck. Both of them wore their hair in a perfect, neat bun. Kris and Rose have been best friends since kindergarten, I’ve been friends with them since first grade, longer than I’ve been friends with Nora, Carly and Kaye, who I only became friends with in middle school. They were always known as the “twins”, even though they look nothing alike, it’s because they’ve always worn matching clothes since what feels like forever. They were the same height, 5”5’, but looked very different from each other. Kris has brown, wavy hair and Rose had blonde, straight hair. Kris has caramel skin while Rose had pale, white skin. Kris is more sporty, outgoing and the girly girl between the two. Rose was the gentle and shy type, who enjoys reading and watching tv, she’s girly but she’d never compromise her comfort for it, so yes, she hates high heels and abhors makeup.

Finally, their game ended and I was able to join in. I’m not a pro at pool, but I can say I’m a decent player. So Killers is when solid or striped balls are assigned to you, your opponents try and shoot your balls in the hole, the last one standing is the winner. So because there are 4 of us, we’d team up and take turns. Of course Kris and Rose teamed up against Carly and I. We got stripes. We can on game 1 but the twins won game 2, before starting another game, one of Carly’s staff informed us that dinner was ready.

So we all headed to the dining room and sat down at our usual spot, except Odin wasn’t around to sit next to me so Kaye sat to my left where Odin would’ve sat. The table was filled with chatter, about what we were going to wear for Prom, if we were ready for school on Monday, and what kind of play the school would present for Christmas and if we’d audition for any part. I told them I’d audition for the lead role, no matter what the play was about. I’ve always had a special place in my heart for acting.

Dinner was amazing as always, we had Caesar Salad for starters, the main course was Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Cheese and Herbed Roasted Chicken, for dessert, we had a choice between caramel or chocolate sundae, I chose caramel of course. I was so full, I’m glad I wore skims underneath my dress otherwise I’d totally look like I was pregnant! When everyone was satisfied, we went back to the game room. I opted to play Crash Bandicoot 3™️ on the playstation that was hooked up to a 50” tv in one of the corners of the room.

They all sat down to watch me for a while, but after a few levels, they decided they wanted to play pool some more, so Casey, Kris, Rose and Carly went to play pool, while Kaye, Nora, Jake and Drew stayed behind, saying they were too full to do anything. I looked at the time, it was already 10 PM, Nora was snoring softly, she was lying down on Jake’s chest and Jake’s head was on her head, Jake was almost asleep too, when he decided to wake Nora up and call it a night. Drew moved to sit beside me, Kaye was still on the other couch, Kaye and I are now playing Metal Slug™️, which was a 2 player game. Drew sat down beside me where Nora and Jake were, after a while, he put his hand on my leg and laid his head on my shoulder. I was shocked so I flinched and sat up, I looked to see if Carly was looking our way, she wasn’t, she had her back turned, too engrossed in their game of pool. Like what in the hell is that?! I looked at Kaye, she was too focused on the game to notice. I stood up and moved to the foot stool in front of Kaye, I didn’t want Drew to think it was okay for him to touch me, no matter if it was innocent, but it clearly wasn’t, so there’s that.

After a few more levels of Metal Slug™️, Kaye and I decided to call it a night, as we were saying good night to everyone, Drew looked like he fell asleep on the couch, but I think he was faking because he was awake just a moment ago, I could feel his eyes on me, even though my back was turned to him. Carly and the girls were still playing pool.

I got to my room, went straight to the bathroom to poop, shower, brush my teeth, brush my hair and complete my skin care routine, cleanse, tone, moisturize, serum. I put on my underwear, skipping the bra, put on a fresh pair of pajamas, plain satin black this time, and got ready to go to bed.

I was lying down on my bed for what seems like a little while, listening to the sounds of the night when I heard someone knock on my door. I looked at the time, it was past 12 AM already. I was thinking maybe it would be Drew, but it was Kaye. She had popcorn, chips, soda and water with her, she said, “Want to spend the rest of the night watching chick flicks?”, I nodded yes and let her in, we settled on the bed and started looking for a movie, we stopped when we saw a movie just about to start, it was Someone Like You, with Ashley Judd and Hugh Jackman. It was a fun movie. We watched, laughed, giggled, talked about how we related to the movie. I told her what happened with Drew, and she was wide shocked, as I am, because we thought he was in love with Carly, but maybe he’s just a douche bag who’s into her for her money, we came up with numerous plans to make Carly realize that without her ending up hating us, but we both agreed that I should avoid being alone with Drew whenever I can. The next movie we watched was Shallow Hal with Jack Black and Gwyneth Paltrow, that was such a funny movie, very fun to watch. Somewhere between Moulin Rouge with Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor, I fell asleep, the movie was good and I would have finished it but I was exhausted! It was already morning when I woke up.
