It has been four days since I was released from the hospital. Things have been rough, to say the least. I haven’t gone back to work, taking some extra time off to recuperate after the confrontation with Chase. Liam and Chris have been home with Jayme and I the entire time, not leaving our sides. It was actually becoming too much. Even with Jayme being there all the time, I felt like I was being smothered. I needed to breathe. Chase was released on bail by Jensen and they left the town. Well, at least that’s what they told us. He is due to appear in court for assault in 2 weeks and I will also have to tell them my side of the story.
