Chapter Eighteen

Casen I woke to a noise. I listened and couldn’t hear anything more. I was spooning Tana. I had my hand cupping her br**st. Her *ss was firmly set to my d*ck. I felt myself start to harden. As I debated about slipping into her body, I heard the noise again. It is coming from the sitting room. “Lyrai, are you and Rhistal at the door?” “Yes.” “Oh, okay. Can you keep it down? I don’t want to wake Tana.” I had to admonish myself for thinking I had no issue considering sliding in her body and waking her that way. “We are not making any noise.” F*ck. I quickly detangled my body from Tana’s. I found my shorts on the floor and slipped them on quickly. I slowed and quietly opened the door enough to slip through. I crept down the short hallway. I paused to peek into the sitting room. The door to the balcony was ajar. I caught a movement behind the chair. I smelled him finally. “You woke me, you know.” I accused him. Orien stood. “Sorry. The wind knocked your plant over. I wasn’t trying to wake you.” He apologized. “Why are you here and not at your place?” “Because Tana has my car, and everyone is here. My house is empty.” I closed the balcony door as it was making it real cold in here. “Leave the dirt, I’ll clean it when Tana wakes up.” I pulled him into a hug. I did miss him. “So, your grandfather let you come without issue?” I asked as we moved to sit down. “Yeah, well he understands I want to finish my education here, and now with Tana.” “Did you tell him about Tana?” I interrupted him. “No. I just told him you were fragile after losing her and needed me.” “Not that I don’t trust your grandfather, but we have to be cautious as to who finds out about her.” “Yeah. You said as much. So, you landed the rarest dragon of all and the queen of all dragons at that. I should be mad because I noticed her first. I danced with her first.” “But she’s my mate. You never stood a chance.” “She’s your mate?” “Yeah. We just figured it out yesterday thanks to help from our guests.” “I can’t believe you have Prince Adrian and his fairy princess wife here.” “She’s only the princess of dragons. Robyn is now queen of all fae. You’ll meet them soon enough. Well, meet the others with them.” “What about the elves? Are they really trustworthy?” “They seem so. They’ve had plenty of opportunities to kill us or kidnap Tana and they haven’t done it yet.” “Casen.” I turned to see Tana standing in the small hallway rubbing her eyes. I lunged for Orien’s face to cover his eyes, but he already saw her in all her beautiful naked glory. “Tana, we’re not alone.” She stopped rubbing her eyes and tried to focus while I continued to cover Orien’s eyes. He could have fought me. “Oh sh*t. Sorry.” She turned around and went back towards the bedroom, not before I saw her shade turn red from blushing. “F*ck dude.” Orien said. I growled. Orien held his hands up. “Hey, I get it, but I can’t help but notice what my eyes couldn’t avoid. She’s exquisite.” “Just no j*rking off to her later.” “Deal.” Tana came back to the sitting room with my shirt on from yesterday and my boxers. “Couldn’t you find your clothes?” I asked. “No, and I didn’t want to put clean clothes on before my shower.” My shirt swam on her like a dress anyway she was covered. “Sorry Orien.” “You have nothing to apologize for. I guess I should say sorry because, well, you know.” Tana sat on the couch between us and leaned onto me. “So, queen of the dragons,” Orien said. She nodded. “Show me.” He said. “Here? Now? There’s not much room.” “No, no. Don’t change. Can I see your flame?” Tana smiled. She stood. She started her flame in her right hand and it quickly spread over her whole body. Orien’s eyes were wide as he looked at her. “You can do that whenever you want?” She nodded. “Would you burn me if I shook your hand?” She smirked. “Maybe.” She chuckled and I joined her. She reached her hand to him, and Orien cautiously reached towards hers to touch her hand. “It is like feathers are caressing me.” He watched intently where their hands were joined in a shake. “Ow!” He exclaimed. Tana let go of his hand. “Just a warning that my flame can burn you too if I choose.” “Noted.” Orien replied. “I’m going to go shower before breakfast.” She turned and walked towards the bathroom. “I’m going to get dressed really quick. Do you want to borrow some clothes?” “No. I got my bags with me.” I went into our room and into the closet to grab some clothes. I changed quickly. Tana will be working on training with weapons today. Lyrai and Rhistal are training her. I’m not sure who else will join us. Tana was opening the bathroom door when I came back out of the bedroom. She looked s*xy wrapped in her towel. I pulled her into the bedroom, closing the door. I released her towel while I looked into her eyes. Her lips quirked in a smile. I pressed my lips to hers and kissed her. She wrapped her arms around my neck, pulling me closer to her. I broke the kiss and dragged her into the closet. I sat her on the bench. I pulled my clothes off quickly. She giggled. She turned over onto her hands and knees. My legs almost buckled. I pressed into her and just enjoyed feeling her surrounding me. “You need to hurry breakfast is soon.” She warned me. That snapped me out of my daze. I gripped her shoulder with my left hand as I caressed her body with my right. I thrust into her fast. She was right. We didn’t have much time and Orien was in the other room. She covered her mouth with her hand. I fought to keep myself silenced. The only thing that can be heard in this closet is our bodies slapping together. I felt her walls trying to clench. I reached around and found her cl*t. I rubbed her and pressed on her cl*t. Her walls tightened faster, and I almost jumped away from her. Her flame consumed her body. She broke a few strokes later. I quietly grunted out my release. I slipped out of her body. We were breathing heavily, and she had her eyes closed. “I’m sorry.” She whispered. I looked at her as she retracted her flame and sat on the bench properly. “I was trying to control my moans and I guess I couldn’t hold my flame in.” I chuckled. “Don’t worry. It’s kind of a turn on that I got you so hot and bothered literally.” She reached out and smacked my stomach with her palm, which made me laugh. “We do need to hurry up.” She nodded and I pulled my clothes back on and she got dressed. We were the first to arrive at breakfast. Orien sat on Tana’s other side. “I’m telling you I can sense him.” I heard Robyn’s voice as the door was soon opened. “We’ll find him after breakfast.” Adrian replied. Robyn stopped in her tracks. “Found him,” Robyn said. “Found who?” I asked. Orien stood up when he spotted Robyn. He bowed. “Stand. Who are you? Why are you here?” She demanded of him. “I’m Prince Orien. My grandfather is king in China. I met you last year at the Christmas party in America.” “Fascinating. How do you know Casen?” She asked. “We’re best friends. Kind of almost brothers.” Orien replied. Robyn smiled and chuckled. “You are more than that. To think father and son as well as brothers were together this whole time. Maybe that’s why I picked up on Comet first. Oberon was with him.” Orien looked confused. I just stared at Orien. Why didn’t I pick up on it? “I’m sorry your majesty.” “Oh, call me Robyn. Here, let me give you your memories and it will clear everything up. Now, all we have to find is our son Badar.” Robyn said to Orien. Orien was confused until she touched his head and as realization hit with his memories, his expression cleared. I stood. I had my brother and, technically my son with me the whole time I’ve been here. “Juno?” He said softly. Robyn pulled him into a hug, and he lifted her off the ground. He set her back down. He looked up at Adrian and Chase. “Arosan, Ravi.” He took a few steps to them and embraced them. Michael came into the dining room, then. “Mikah.” He pulled him into a hug. My feet took the small steps towards him. He turned towards me, and we embraced. I ran my hand over his head. I did that when he was a boy during my lifetime in ancient Rome with Juno. I felt Orien melt into my hug. I let him go and we both had some tears in our eyes. It is not that Mikah wasn’t a good father to me. He was, but he is more of the protective type and times were hard when I was his son. Having Oberon just made me feel whole with Juno. Even though we didn’t know who we were during that lifetime. I supposed we couldn’t be woken to our true selves until Ravi was born and the need for Juno to have the ability to control the unconscious mind. Robyn introduced Orien to the others. He had met Lyrai and Rhistal when we left the room. We all settled down. Callum came in and took his seat. My dad followed shortly. Breakfast was served and we dug in. “I have decided to open this year's Christmas ball to other kingdoms.” My dad declared. “Why?” I asked. “Because they should all get to meet our queen.” “No, you can’t. We need to keep her safe.” “She will be safe. Look at everyone around her. She can’t stay hidden forever. They’ll find her eventually.” “Your father has a point. You should open the ball to other species. My father’s warriors can help to protect her.” Lyrai said. “What about Queen Syndra? I thought you said she wanted to possess Tana’s ashes to become all powerful and invincible.” I commented. “She already knows where Tana is. My father’s spies intercepted dark elves and got the information out of them.” “Is that why you have stood guard at our door?” She nodded. “F*ck.” I replied. “My father tried to seek out a light witch to spell her when we found her, but there wasn’t enough time. The last known light witch on Earth, Shalia, hasn’t been heard from in a long while by human standards.” There was a clatter as Tana dropped her fork and started breathing heavily. Her flames burst forth. I tried to touch her to calm her, and her flames singed me. “Ow. Tana, what’s wrong?” I asked. Tears were pouring down her face. “Move.” Robyn commanded Orien. He got up and Robyn took over his chair. She reached out for Tana. I saw her cringe as the flames burned her hand as she touched the side of Tana’s head. Robyn’s eyes glowed green and her wings shot out as she endured Tana’s flames. “Take her hand, Casen.” Robyn gritted out. I did. I felt the heat at first, but then as I entwined my hand in hers the flames stopped burning me. “Tana. I’m here. It’s okay. I’ve got you.” “MUMMY, HELP ME!” Tana screamed. “NO, MUMMY, MUMMY!” I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t think and I lifted her and sat resting her in my lap as I held her and spoke soothing words. Tana let out some gasping sobs as Robyn let go of her and her flame receded. She turned more in my lap and buried her head in my neck. I felt her tears fall on me. I rubbed her back. I kissed her head to let her know she was safe.
