Chapter Twenty-Three

Tana was sound asleep before I could finish removing her clothes to make her more comfortable. I stripped my clothes and climbed into bed next to her. I gathered her to my body, and she made small murmurs as she settled her head to my chest. I wrapped my arms around her.

My thoughts ran over all that happened. My dragon couldn’t get enough of nipping at her core to release more of her pheromones with each nip. He would then lick them up, tasting her and she was exquisite to him. He never wanted to stop tasting her.

He wasn’t happy when she pulled away from him, denying him of her taste. When I let him feel what Tana was saying, he nipped her tail, holding it in his mouth. He was just as eager to join his body with hers. I couldn’t help but revel in each of his thrusts. Her body squeezed us. I wanted Tana so badly.

When we landed, I needed her, and I could tell she needed me too. I let the side of me, that is, Comet, come to the surface and I bit her mark, infusing it with my celestial side. My dragon couldn’t do it in his form because he is not the celestial side I am. I haven’t checked my mark yet, but I wonder if it looks like hers.

She has two hearts joined, one slightly behind the other. The heart on the front side is as red as she is and behind it is blue like my family’s coloring. The hearts are on fire and small sparkles of light are hidden in the flames, probably my celestial side entwining in the mark.

I feel her presence throughout my whole body now. I could feel how exhausted she was without saying anything after I marked her myself. My dragon flew her back with the utmost care. She is the most precious thing to him. He could tell when she fell asleep on him too.

He landed near Orien when he spotted him. He didn’t like the idea of him touching our wife and mate, but he knew he couldn’t get her off him without waking her if Orien didn’t help. I had to chuckle at Tana’s slight upset that Orien was holding her briefly.

I felt feather light kisses at the right side of my neck, and it felt incredible. I was instantly hard at the sensation. It took me a second to realize Tana was kissing my mark. She licked my mark and sucked it. I tried to let her do as she pleased but my body was aching to be buried inside hers.

I shifted her hips without breaking her contact with my neck. I reached between our bodies and her legs. I barely grazed her slit with my finger and her desire was flowing out. I blindly adjusted her and pressed up into her body. She moaned deeply as I did as well. I held her hips as I pressed long deep strokes into her body.

She broke her contact to moan deeply and suck in air. I rolled us and I buried my face in her neck, nibbling, licking, sucking, and kissing her mark. She writhed wildly under me. She clawed at my body like she was trying to crawl into my skin with me. It made me chuckle softly in her neck.

I hoped that Lyrai and Rhistal couldn’t pick up on our sounds because we were loud. I grunted and groaned as I f**ked my wife like I was starving for her. I sucked her mark deep into my mouth and bit down some. She clenched and screamed my name as she had last night. It felt like she came harder than she had before.

She took what little semblance of reality she could and adjusted her mouth to my neck and bit at my mark. “F*CK TANA!” I roared as I came hard, spilling myself deeply into her body. My eyes wanted to roll in the back of my head.

We didn’t get long to bask in the aftermath of our intense love-making. There was a knock at our door. “It’s Robyn. If Tana wants to get training in this morning, we have a small window to do that before more of all our warriors and family arrive today.” “Give me fifteen minutes,” Tana replied across the mind link. “Sure.” Robyn replied.

I looked down at her. She looked so beautiful, and she reached up to caress my face before leaning up and kissing my lips. “Husband.” She whispered. I was still firmly planted in her body and that one word made my d*ck twitch again. She giggled. “Later, I can’t miss training. There is so little time before your father’s ball.” I grumbled and kissed her, releasing her in order for her to get ready for training.

Training moved through much easier for Tana and me. She could handle being touched by Adrian and Michael and I wasn’t jealous or felt the need to growl at all. Maybe it is because I can sense how she knows she is only for me. We showered and dressed after training and before breakfast.

They recruited Tana’s help to drive one of the SUVs to help pick people up at the airport. No one could go with them except Robyn. She rode with Tana. Orien and Okan drove the other SUVs. I didn’t know what to do while we waited for them to return.

I heard a chuckle and a small babbling sound. “Don’t worry, Robyn won’t let her come to harm,” Adrian said. “I know. I just… How long did it take before you could handle being separated from Robyn?” I asked. “Since we have the time let me tell you what we went through before the timeline was corrected.”

I sat on a chair, and he sat on the couch. He cradled Chase in his arms as Chase chomped on a kind of hard-looking toy. I sat there and listened in great detail to what happened. I wasn’t sure if I would want Tana to be able to dream visit like Robyn can.

Michael, Collin, Drew, Kalina, and Sen joined us while Adrian was telling his side of the story. Oisin joined not long after them. I know how amazing Juno is, but to hear how they all truly see Robyn is humbling. She is the most important person in our worlds Tana probably being the only other one equal to her importance.

They sat here praising Tana too. We talked about what we could do at my father’s ball. He can’t force her to marry Callum now. I felt my dragon grumble a menacing grumble in my mind when I thought about what he was planning and how my brother seemed to be going along with it.

“So, how does it feel to be king of all dragons?” Kalina asked. That brought me back into the conversation fast from my wandering thoughts. “What?” I said. “You’re the king now. You were born a prince and now that you’ve married Tana by marking her you are her king.” Kalina reasoned. “I honestly didn’t think of it from that aspect.” I admitted.

“I wonder if you will be able to command dragons as she can.” Collin pondered out loud. I shrugged my shoulders. We continued to talk while we waited. It felt like it was taking forever, but it was only a few hours we waited.

My phone chimed and I looked at the text.

Orien- Can you and probably Collin meet the dragons in the park to show them where the house is?

“Orien wants me and Collin to meet dragons in Hyde Park to show them where we are.” “Brilliant. I’m going.” Adrian stated.

Me- We’ll be there shortly.

Orien- Okay. The rest of us are heading back as we speak.

I sent him the thumbs up emoji. I wasted no time striding towards the door. Adrian and Collin were at my heels. We changed and flew fast. I showed them which way to go and within a few minutes we were landing at the spot Orien and I tend to use because it hides us well in the daytime or night. We scanned the area.

I noticed a large group headed our way. “Tell them to change one at a time just in case to not attract attention.” “Obviously.” A voice I didn’t recognize responded. I noticed the man at the front of the group smiling at me. I realized he looks exactly like Adrian. I nodded and took to the air again.

It took a few minutes of careful changing for them before everyone was in the air. We flew fast to get back to the house. We actually spotted the SUVs while we were flying. I could feel Tana’s presence and it soothed us.
