Theo POV The morning started roughly; I had a call during the night that the little girl who was too sick to give a new heart did not survive; she was a sickly child all her short life, at first we had no heart for her, and then Bethany came along, and we convinced her to make more, after she managed to get a few done before she was put on bed rest, we kept one just for her. She was not well enough to survive a heart transplant. We had been hoping she would get a little stronger, but the cold she had would not go away, and in the end, she was at peace. Her suffering is over; it makes me feel like a failure in some ways; we need to find a way to improve a child's chances of receiving a heart; some are just too sick and only need a waiver from the parents and a push to do it, would we risk
