KAIDA POV
Everything was black but I heard snippets of two people yelling.
“What did you do…”
“She needed to know the truth…”
“We don’t know anything for sure…”
“I was just trying to help…”
“Leave now and let me see to her…”
I heard a door slam. Where was I? What were those people talking about? All the sounds around me faded away again.
“Kaida?” I heard from the darkness somewhere close by, but it was not from outside, it was inside my head.
“Who is there?” I shouted in my fuzzy dark mind. Silence greeted me again.
“Kaida?” I heard again, but this time it was a male's voice, but it too faded away again.
“Kaida, you have to help me.” The female voice in my head said, she sounded muffled.
“Help you how?” Once again, I was met with silence in my mind.
