10 THE CHOPSTICKS by Mike Lord I was quietly enjoying myself with some of my family in one of my favourite restaurants in London. We were in a small Vietnamese restaurant in Gerard Street, just off Shaftsbury Avenue. Let me see, there was myself, my wife who, is Vietnamese, and my eldest daughter and her two children, who are my teenage grandchildren, although not really children now - rather a young man and a young lady.
