Ember's P.O.V. (After the fight)
I watched Ash's back as he left. I felt like this is the moment that is going to start tearing us further apart. How did things go so wrong? I looked down at Toni. I was still having to heal him as Ash really did a number on him. He seemed to be in less pain now.
I was crying over him. I hated seeing him so hurt. I hated knowing that Ash caused him this pain. That it was caused in my honor, in a way. Ash thought he was defending me, but it should have never ended in a physical fight. I don't know what to do now.
Toni started to get up, his face mostly healed. He looked at me like I had thrown the punch at him. He seemed hurt, but also mad. I felt a pain deep in my stomach. He didn't say anything as he stood up. He started to walk away like Ash.
