Kai's POV:
I heard the shower as I came back into the room. I immediately smiled and started to undress.
As I opened the door the cold wind must have alerted her that I was coming in. Her face lit up as soon as she noticed me “Hey”
“Hey, mind if I join you?”
“Not at all”
“You’re not afraid anymore, right, and all the stuff with my other mate is over. You know she means nothing to me”
“Yeah, I just wanted to make sure that you didn’t still have feelings for her, I know it’s dumb but yeah and I was afraid of the wolf but I am more afraid of living without you.”
I heard Bear whimper in my mind. “Bear will also never hurt you”
“I know that now and I would actually like to meet him at some point”
