The waitress interrupted us momentarily as she brought us water and took our order. Remi ordered their specialty, what she said everyone had recommended: The Guinea Pie and Suicide Fries. The waitress confirmed she'd made a good choice. She let us know someone else would be right out with our drinks. “Suicide fries, huh?" I said as the waitress walked away. “Yep. They're supposed to be super spicy but to die for, and the Guinea Pie doesn't sound like any pizza I've ever had because it's white, but I've been told it's a must."
