We woke up nice and early and we took an early breakfast.
We might be in a strange place but exercising in the morning was a must.
We ran for five miles and came back and then did some light exercises in the hotel suite, if this room qualified as such, we were in.
It didn't have enough room for any vigorous exercises but it was still okay.
As a beta, I realized that there was no slacking because we were basically the warriors of the pack. We thus had to train unlike omegas who aren't allowed to train because they are believed to have delicate bodies and it is believed that since they are delicate, any vigorous exertment to the body might damage their wombs as their primary purpose is to give birth.
