I got everything ready and walked back to my room. I was going to exit through my window since there were less chances of getting caught that way. Like a cat in the night, I jumped out my window and crawled toward my car. Trying not to make any noise, I carefully opened the driver’s door. I placed Sky’s food in the passenger seat along with the jacket, but now, I was in deep s**t. How do I start the car without waking up my parents? An idea formed in my head almost immediately.
