Chapter 9

Amethyst woke up and the white ceiling and walls sorounding her, she wants to vomit at the smell of the hospital she doesn't really like the smell eversince, she's been traumatized. Her eyes wondered around the room and see no one, dahan dahan siyang naupo. Her head is spinning but not that much it was getting bearable from time to time. Agad na dumako ang kanyang mata sa pinto na bumukas her father walk in holding a basket of fruit in his hand, hindi pa siya nito napansin Amethyst cleared her throat trying to get his attention and she successfully did.

"Hi Princess..." Wika ni Eros at nag lakad palapit sa kanya. "Are you all right, I'll go and get a doct—"

"I'm okay Daddy, what happened?"

Eros sighed naupo ito sa kanyang tabi, hinawakan ni Eros ang kanyang kamay at ngumiti.

"You've became a beautiful and responsible woman. I'm so proud of you."

Gusto niyang maiyak sa sinabi ng ama, her father was never vocal to them. And they totally understand him, ito ang nature ng kanilang ama and some of them got that personality but when Eros speak it was wholeheartedly.

"Thank you Dad." She said, pinisil niya ang kamay mg ama. "It was too early to make me cry right?"

Eros chuckled and nodded. Sakto naman na bumukas ang pinto at pumasok doon si Aiden and when he saw her awake he sighed in relief.

"Are you okay?" He ask. "Hindi ka ba nahihilo?"

"It's bearable." She said chuckling. "What happened?"

"You have been sleeping for whole day... You made us all worry, but nothing to worry about it was just stress and over fatigue that's all."

Agad naman na nakahinga ng maluwag si Amethyst sa sinabi ng binata she thought that it was something more serious good thing it's not.

"Nasaan si Sam?"

"It's Monday, Sam's at school." Eros said. "I'll just go and get your Mama, kagabi pa iyon nag aalala."

Amethyst nodded, hinalikan siya ng ama sa ulo bago tuluyang umalis kaya't silang dalawa ang naiwan doon.

"Nag alala ka ba?" Natatawang wika ni Amethyst dahil hindi maipinta ang mukha ni Aiden.

"Of course! I was so worried when you lost consciousness, thank god I caught you before you hit your head on the ground."

"You have a good reflexes." Biro niya. "Alright I'm sorry, I'm just kidding."

Hinawakan niya ang kamay ni Aiden, she caress his hand pressing it.

"I'm sorry okay?"

Aiden rolled his eyes. Hindi talaga niya magawang magalit sa dalaga, all he could think of is not losing her again in anyways.

"Puwede na ba akong ma discharge?"

Aiden nodded, siya ang kumausap sa mga Doctor na sumuri kay Amethyst and it was all good.

"Yes, the doctor said that you can leave pero kailangan mo parin ng pahinga."

Amethyst pouted kakabukad kang ng Sam's cosmetics. She can't just lay their and do nothing dahil siya lang ang inaasahan ng kompanya.

"Don't think of anything as of the moment, you can't risk your health."

"Pero paano yung—"

"Nah ah, you need to rest of a whole week. But if you really want to work then just work at home, I'll be your maid for that whole week."

"What?" Natatawa niyang wika. "You are a doctor Aiden you can't be my maid in a week you have your responsibilities and duties."

Aiden smirk.

"I'm on a month leave."

"Aiden...." She whispered nawala ang ngiti sa kanyang mga labi. "I know how much you love your job, and you can't just—"

"Shhh... it's fine, I want to be with you just let me be."

Amethyst sigh and nodded kahit naman tumanggi siya ay kasing tigas yata ng bato ang ulo ni Aiden.

Hapon na siya nakapag pa discharge she was informed that she was unconscious for a whole damn day, napagod nga siguro maigi ang katawan niya dagdagan pa ng stress sa pag kawala ni Sam at sa trabaho and the mystery behind Kiba Lorenzo. Humabol pa nga ang ina niya sa pag bisita kahit sinabi na niyang discharge na siya. Habang nasa byahe ay tahimik siyang nakamasid sa daan, they are on the way to pick Sam. Napansin ni Aiden ang pagiging tahimik ng dalaga he was use on Amethyst being talkative and jolly while on the ride but now she's quite.

"Anong iniisip mo?" Tanong nito. "Don't te me it's about your company again?"

Amethyst shook her head.

"No, I just want to stay in silence for a while."

Hindi na sumagot si Aiden, baka masakit pa ang ulo nito at ayaw ng maingay. When they reach Samantha's school ay excited na bumaba si Amethyst ng sasakyan upang sunduin ang anak but her eyes were caught to someone familiar. Dali dali siyang nag lakad palapit dito at matamis na ngumiti.

"Hi!"

The woman was startled to see her, it was the same woman who take good care of Sam while she was lost.

"H-hello ma'am..." Nauutal na wika nito. "Dito din po ba nag aaral si Sam?"

Amethyst nodded.

"Yes, we are actually here to pick her up. Hello princess." Magiliw niyang wika.

"Hello po." Magalang na wika nito.

"Momma?"

Agad na bumaling ang kanyang tingin kay Samantha na nag lalakd palapit sa kanyan hila hila ang bag nitong may gulong.

"Hello baby how's school?" Magiliw niyang wika.

"It's fine, are you okay now Momma?"

Amethyst smile and nodded, Aiden stand beside them looking at them.

"It was a pleasure to meet you Ms?'

"Abby Martinez ho Sir."

Aiden took her hand and shake it.

"Thank you for assisting Sam and for taking care of her."

The woman smile and nodded hinaplos niya ang buhok ni Sam at ngumiti.

"Mabait na bata ito si Sam, she was just like my daughter when she's still alive."

Amethyst and Aiden look shock to what they just heard.

"I'm so Sorry for your lost." Naiiyak na wika ni Amethyst at niyakap ang babae.

"Naka move on na po ako. Pero mananatili sa puso at isip ko si Precious."

Amethyst nodded.

"Of course.... Before anything else would you like to have a bite with us?"

"Gusto ko po sana kaso ihahatid ko pa itong si Leonard sa bahay baka hanapin siya ng Mommy niya."

"Okay, call me if you have time." Wika ni Amethyst. Nag paalam na ang dalawa sa kanila na aalis they wave their hands and bid goodbye.

"Where do you want to eat?" Tanong ni Aiden ng makasakay sila.

"Ikaw Sam? Saan mo gusto anak?"

Sam put her little finger to her lips as if she's thinking about something.

"I want to eat Pizza Momma, can we?"

Aiden and Amethyst both look at each other before laughing.

"All right but just this once okay?"

Monitored niya kasi ang pag kain mg anak kahit busy siya sa trabaho, she's making sure that Sam will consume healthy foods like normal Mom will do but Sam do have cheat days lalo't kung kasama nito ang kanyang mga magulang.

"All right buckle up." Aiden said maneuvering the car.

They went to the nearest pizza house in the area, buhat ni Aiden si Sam habang papasok habang ang kanyang isang kamay ay hawak nito.

"Take a sit, ako na ang mag order." Wika ng binata. Sam and Amethyst sat beside the glass wall, kinuha niya ang suklay sa bag at sinuklay ang mahaba nitong buhok.

"Should we cut your hair?"

Sam shrugged.

"I don't know you decide Momma."

"It's your hair though." Natatawa niyang wika. "About family day? Kailan nga ulit iyon?"

Agad naman na nag liwanag ang mukha ni Sam sa kanyang sinabi.

"A week from now Momma! I'm so excited!"

"Me too!" She said kissing Sam's cheek.

"Why are you guys giggling?" Tanong ni Aiden na kakabalik lang. "Something happened? What are you hiding?"

Sam and Amethyst both look at each other before giggling.

"We are just talking about the family day."

"We are excited Daddy!"

Aiden chuckled and sat across them, sandali lang naman ang kanilang hinintay bago dumating ang order. After eating they all went home, gabi na rin ng makauwi sila so Amethyst took Sam to her room may assignment pa daw kasi ito at nag papaturo sa kanya. After that she went downstairs and find Aiden sitting alone on the couch.

"Bakit hindi ka pa matulog? You look exhausted."

Aiden smile.

"I'm good... Listen about the trip?"

"Hmm..."

Aiden cleared his throat.

"Should we go on a trip? The two of us?"

Tila nag iisip si Amethyst sa dapat na isagot, she doesn't want to leave Sam pero ayaw din naman niya na malate ito sa klase. And she doesn't want to turn Aiden down either.

"Kausapin muna natin si Sam. Then let's decided together."

Aiden smile and nodded, nahiga ito sa hita ni Amethyst na ikinagulat ng dalaga.

"Can I sleep here?"

Amethyst chuckled and nodded, marahan niyang hinaplos ang buhok ni Aiden.

"I remember how much you want this position."

"It look so sweet." Aiden Whispered with his husky voice.

"It is..." Wika ni Amethyst at patuloy na hinaplos ang ulo nito. "I miss this..."

"Me too, I miss everything about us."

Matamis na ngumiti si Amethyst, patuloy niyang hinaplos ang buhok nito hanggang sa marinig niya ang malalim nitong pag hinga. Amethyst slowly bend to kiss his lips.

"I Love you...." She whispered out of nowhere. Sinandal niya ang likod sa sofa at pinikit ang mga mata, ayaw naman niyang gisingin si Aiden dahil mukhang pagod na pagod ito, she finally have the answer to his question. And she wants to start the new chapter of her life with him again.

Tahimik na nakaupo si Amethyst sa loob ng cafe kung saan sila mag kikita ni Kiba, her finger's were fidgeting in nervousness while waiting for him. Tila nag hahanap siya ng katanungan na si Kiba lang ang makakasagot, lahat yata ng papasok sa pinto ng Cafe ay titignan niya.

"Where is he?" She impatiently said tapping the table with her finger. Till a familiar face entered the cafe but her irritation a rise at the sight of her, then her eyes darted to the child she's holding. Nag lakad ito palapit sa kanya na may malawak na ngiti sa labi.

"Oh Hi..." Plastikada na wika ni Tess na tila nang iinis pa. "I didn't thought I'll see you here."

Amethyst rolled her eyes, hindi na lang niya pinansin ito at nag patuloy na nag hintay pero tila gusto nitong mang asar dahil naupo pa ito sa harapan niya.

"Hindi mo man lang ba ako kukumustahin? Or even my Kid?"

"Kailangan ba alam ko pati pag hinga mo? I don't care about your whole existence hindi ako pinanganak para makipag plastikan sayo."

Tess look so shock to what she just said, she cleared her throat and stood up. Nag pasalamat naman siya sa diyos sa ginawa nito dahil ayaw niyang bastusin ito sa harap ng anak nito.

"We are not done yet, after everything you and your brother did."

Amethyst rolled her eyes and showed her middle finger to her. Good thing her son is sleeping.

"Can you leave? You are irritating the hell out of me."

She sighed in relief when Tess walk out of the cafe.

Amethyst rolled her eyes not sakto naman na pag labas nito ay ang pag pasok ni Kiba. His eyes wondered around till he saw her. Kiba walk towards her direction and sat infront of her.

"Tell me." Mabilis niyang wika. "How did you know him? Moon!"

"Can we just atleast order first?"

Amethyst blink numerable times and nodded, they both ordered first, Amethyst patiently waited for him to finish what he ordered before asking him the same question.

"Tell me. Sino ka ba talaga? How did you know Moon?"

Kiba smirk, inilapag nito ang tasa ng kape sa lamesa bago tumingin sa kanya.

"Let's just say that we are related by blood."

"What?"

"I'm his twin." Wika nito na ikinatanga niya. "Kakambal ko si Moon and before he died he asked me to help you out."
