"You asked me to apologize? She's just sick. Which doctor can't treat it for her? Why do you want Dr. Philip?"
"I absolutely can't apologize!" she looked at Cherry and said, "Cherry, I tell you! If my mother has something wrong today, I want you to lose your life!"
Slap!
Cara was unprepared. She was directly unstable by the slap, and her head suddenly hit the sharp corner of the nurse's desk.
There was a buzzing sound in her ear. Cara subconsciously touched her right ear and her han full of blood...
"How did you slap someone?" The nurse saw Evan slap people. She hurried to pick Cara up. When she saw that her right ear and hand were covered with blood, she exclaimed, "you're hurt!
Cara stood up passively supported by the nurse.
It seemed noisy around, she couldn't hear clearly, and there was not even a sound in her right ear.
When she saw that half of Cara's face was covered with blood, Cherry was happy, but for a moment, she looked up and said with worry:
"Evan, how can you beat her? Although she drove me out of Penn family and insulted me now, she is my cousin after all..."
This reminded Evan.
When his mother died in Cara's arms, Cherry publicly identified that his mother was pushed downstairs by Cara. For this reason, she was driven out by Penn family.
Cherry was kind to him. Cara killed his mother. No matter how he treated her, she deserved it!
"Just knock it and wrap it up. There is nothing worong!" Evan said coldly.
Evan's voice reached Cara's left ear. His indifferent attitude stabbed Cara. She stared at him until a doctor shouted:
"Susan Motley's family! Is Susan Motley's family here?"
Susan Motley was Cara's mother. When she heard that, she recovered and rushed to the doctor: "I am, I am the patient's family!"
The doctor was startled by ber.
"How did this happen?" The doctor handed her the list. "Sign it! Go and wrap it up after signing."
Cara took the list and saw the first few lines of words. She was shocked, "critical illness notice? doctor, my mother, she..."
"The patient has been onset for too long, which has delayed the best treatment time, but we will try our best, you sign first! "The doctor urged.
Cara was so upset that she wrote down her name on the list with trembling hands.
The light of the emergency room came out and hurt her eyes. Remembering the doctor's words, Cara stared at Cherry fiercely.
Her head had not been bandaged. It was dripping with blood. Cherry was scared to seize Evan's arm.
"Vomit..." Cherry covered her chest, "Evan, I'm a little sick..."
"Nurse, don't you take her to bandage? Who's disgusting with this bloody look!" Evan said to the nurse.
He turned to look at Cherry, and his tone became gentle again.
"Cherry, you're not feeling well. Don't delay. I'll take you to see a doctor."
"OK, but Cara's injury..."
"She can't die!" Evan glanced at Cara mercilessly.
Cara lowered her eyes and clenched her fists.
