***Ariana's POV*** I continued to sniff the earth to figure out how long it had been since the wolf scent was transferred. I was still sort of new to this, but I felt like I could figure it out. I continued sniffing around curiously and realized when I lifted my head, I could smell it more. It was strong, powerful, and mysterious. It had a coolness to it, like the scent of dusk. I could not put my finger on it exactly, but it drew me in and consumed my mind. I realized that this was my mate. This scent was the scent of my mate, and he was nearby.
