I walked down the halls to grab my books. My mind was racing with thoughts about the meeting this morning. I could not believe the way Mark Stevens behaved. He always acted so superior to everyone else around him. I mean, he is a gifted leader, but he is no more gifted than my father.
I watched some of the kids pass me in the hall for a moment. I noticed Carol as she walked briskly towards gym class. I did not know her well, but I did notice how her parents interacted at the meeting this morning. I suppose she is pretty cool. I know Ariana is very close to her and spends a lot of time with her.
