Slipping his card over to the cashier he looked down at his mate. "Thank you, Alvis." She spoke looking a little pale, her eyes fixated on the total amount. "You're welcome, Jacie." He nodded. They stepped outside of the store, Alvis carrying all of the bags except one small one. There was no way, he was going to allow his mate to carry her own bags.
