I left the room as I can't trust this guy. I don't even know his name. First, he kissed me then treated me as if I'm his property. Now he is apologizing and wants to be friends with me. Men are not to be trusted and in his case, I'm for sure I'm not trusting him as his mood swings can drive any normal person like me crazy.

This day is hell, where he is not leaving a single chance to come close to me, and that coach has made me starve, I don't care I need to eat.

I went to the second floor to grab something to eat but to my bad luck there wasn't any food left, this is one of my worst days.

Veronica baby you aren't that lucky, get back to work and as soon I turned I bumped into a tall handsome figure ."You, I told you I need time, why are you tailing me ? Give me my space, I have work to do ".

I said and walked past him.

"Veronica I am not here to bother you, I just want you to have this, I know you are hungry ". How come he knows that I am hungry?

"Who told you I am hungry, I am not ".

And then only my stomach made a gurgling sound.

"It seems like your mouth and body don't tell the same story, take this and eat, you are taking care of my team so let me take care of yours ".

He said and left me, the way his eyes were having a pure shine and how gently he spoke to me made me feel touched, he is out of my dictionary.

I didn't create a no, no I don't want to eat scene as I was hungry, I could show my attitude and everything to him next time but right now I wanted to just eat.

I took a seat and started eating as fast as possible.

"Veronica ? So you are here, I asked you to bring the hoardings and you are here busy stuffing yourself ".

And here the devil comes why he is so mean to me as if I have dumped his son and made someone else my boyfriend.

"Sir, I am sorry, I will bring that to you after finishing this ."

"No madam, you sit here only and come after having lunch too ".

"Sir I asked her to eat first cuz our match will be after half an hour so I wanted her to eat well so that she could take good care of us ". And before I negotiated further he reappeared, he was taking my side but why.

"Oh ! Child I am sorry, I wasn't scolding her it's just that I am like this only to my dear ones and Veronica is my dearest student ".My coach attitude changed out of a sudden such a liar dearest student that to me.

"Well in that case learn manners before speaking like that to her or else I have ways to handle the matters ".

What's going on is how he can have that much authority and why the coach is so obedient to him.

Right now I shouldn't speak and check what position he holds so that even the coach is talking so nicely to him.

The coach left the room, he was still there, he looked at me, his eyes were looking at me with something different in what he was thinking, why he is looking like that at me.

"Come to our room after eating Veronica ".

I just said hmm as I was still shocked at what was going on.

I ate my breakfast and went to the washroom.

There's washroom gossip. While I was washing my hands I heard some girls talking.

"Hey have you seen him, he is ..."

"So handsome, that's what you meant, I am going to see his match at ten, he has my heart, Suzanne ".

"Caleb Lockhart, do you think he has only your heart? He has the heart and eyes of every single girl and I'm telling you that the gallery won't have a single space left vacant we should go there as soon as possible because for sure everyone would have taken their places there you know when I saw Caleb playing basketball tournament in Mount Litera School he was looking damn sexy and when he removed his jersey his abs took my heart ".

I was thinking who is Caleb that every girl is talking about, does he look that handsome that he has the eyes and heart of every single girl. It would be for n watching him playing but I am already assigned the task of taking care of team Alex. How I am gonna manage to do it.

Veronika baby it's better you come back to reality and go and check team Alex that are ready or not And don't worry if not in the match then we can see him somewhere else . I went back to the team Alex room. Everyone was in their Jersey but one second was the captain.

" William, where is your captain ?" I asked him.

"He already left because he is the captain of our team so he was supposed to report to our coach so you will get to see him at the basketball court ".

"Then let's go".

When I went to the basketball court where team Alex's match was, I saw that almost all the seats in the gallery were filled. There wasn't a single vacant place to have a seat and everyone was taking only one name that was Caleb ....Caleb and Caleb.

Caleb, he is here, I want to see him was the only thought in my head. I walked past the crowd and a boy six 6 feet tall, in a white jersey with number 07 on it, a handsome guy, his back was facing towards me but one sec what's written there Team Alex, why he was wearing the same Jersey like team Alex and then it clicked me that the mister arrogant whose name I don't know is The Caleb Lockhart I was blank by this piece of information that I kissed the guy who has the heart of all the girls.
