Chapter 6THE COWARDS Teuns, Fritz and Jack stood and watched the four riders as they blazed a trail of dust in the direction of the Atlas Mountains, that were now a deep blue in the light of the late afternoon. They were headed for an opening through the foothills, which apparently lead directly to a great tear in the mountains. A dark, mysterious tear that seemed to divide the massive range of mountains into two.
