I was not in the mood after solving that messy problem and about to leave with Bella. It was actually so obvious that Monica was behind all that, but the Queen still chose to trust her and be by her side. She only chose to believe what she was willing to believe and who she wanted to believe. And without solid evidence, I also couldn’t bring justice to the maid who took the blame for Monica. If Bella were not clever enough, she would also be framed to be the culprit of the whole thing. I couldn’t help but think of the rumors about Bella doing something wrong all the time and being vicious and scheming. Did she be framed like that before? Did she get punished because of set-ups like that in the past?
I was too busy with the Kingdom’s affairs and seldom paid attention to her.
