Sapphire                   “Why so early?”             I heard my brother asked as he walked into the kitchen. I was setting the table for breakfast, serving pancakes and sausages, and eggs. They were the quickest to prepare and I needed to leave the house and drop Jared off at NYU as soon as possible.             “I don’t want you to be late.” I simply answered as I finished setting up the table and sat opposite him at the kitchen island. I sighed in relief when I saw him already showered and dressed.
