When everyone leaves it dawns on me that I really just got engaged.
I feel a little sad because I always thought that I would call my mama to tell her.
After cleaning the kitchen with Brian we retreat to our room.
"Was it unexpected?" he asks as he unzips my dress.
I sit on the bed and he takes my heels off. "Uh yes!" I laugh.
"I was totally surprised. I love my ring. It's beautiful" I hold my hand up and admire it.
"Mrs. AmberLynn Stevens. Hmm it has a ring to it." I smile hard.
Brian smiles and leans over and kisses me. "Sure does, Mrs. Stevens but I don't want you to rush on planning the wedding. Take your time, make sure it's everything that you want"
I c**k an eyebrow "Mr. Stevens I have know how I wanted my wedding since I was 6"
"Oh really. Details please" He ask as we walk
