"He is my soulmate," I said. I couldn't hold it in anymore. I had to tell him why I couldn't stay away from Ryan. Everyone was silent after my confession.
"What did you say," Daddy asked.
"Ryan is my soulmate, Daddy. I can't stay away from him. We are meant to be," I said.
"That is not true. There is no way he is your soulmate," Daddy said, shocking me.
"It is true, daddy. I am not lying. He is my soulmate. I feel everything you and Mama told me I would feel when I am around him. I feel the sparks when he touches me. Just looking into his eyes makes my heart flutter. I am one hundred percent sure he is my soulmate," I replied.
