News of Edward's family's death had reached other lands. The news reached Marsha's ears. A psychiatrist who had been a doctor who treated Jane.

"Did you hear the news?" asked Ron, Marsha's best friend.

"Right. This is my chance to meet him again," said Marsha.

"So you intend to go back there?" asked Ron again.

Marsha nodded.

"If Jane gets sick again like before. She will definitely protect the girl. After all, only the other side of Jane holds the status of his wife. I won't let them be in a relationship. I won't be willing." Marsha pounded the table.

Meanwhile on the other side. Daniel was wearing casual clothes. He strolled around his house which was like an ancient palace. Daniel had not been to his favorite garden for a long time. He grows various ornamental plants, vegetables and fruit.

It just so happened that Virgo who was in charge of taking care of the various plants was there. He was watering and fertilizing some of the plants.

"How are you?" asked Daniel. Even though they are in the same house, the two of them rarely see each other.

"Ah, you surprised me," said Virgo who was very surprised by Daniel's presence. "I am fine. How about you, my lord?"

Daniel smiled. "As you can see," Daniel said as he walked over to one of the citrus trees which happened to be ripe with fruit.

"This tree is hated by vampires. They almost never eat it. Only our clan can stand this fruit and enjoy its taste," said Daniel as he plucked one of the fruits and opened the skin.

"That's right, sir. Generally vampires have habits similar to some blood-sucking animals. Like mosquitoes, bats and other animals. Only our clan is closer to humans. We can eat almost anything." Virgo confirmed Daniel's words. He was very grateful to be born as a member of the red dragon clan.

"Sometimes I think, maybe this is one of the reasons they hate our clan. They live in limitations and depend heavily on blood. Whereas we live without restrictions," said Daniel. Now he was chewing an orange that he had peeled clean while squatting down. "Sweet," Daniel muttered.

"Master, may I say something?" ask Virgo

"Just say it. We don't see each other often, so just say it." Daniel moved to the park bench and resumed chewing the orange in his hand. Meanwhile, Virgo puts down her garden tools and washes her hands in the faucet there.

Next Virgo sat side by side near Daniel. The two of them are like a pair of friends sitting side by side enjoying the view.

"I know if Master is at his peak. If Master doesn't channel it, then Master will feel pain and torment all the time. And I also know that Master will not pick a girl haphazardly and without a clear bond. Actually we, I mean and the four other knights will always support you. If you are interested in any woman, even if the woman is not perfect, we will accept it," said Virgo.

Daniel swallowed his last orange. He took a deep breath and looked at the sun that was getting lower on the western horizon. His gaze was glaring and it was so hard to find the right words to express his feelings right now.

Finally the word came out of Daniel's mouth. "But if something happens later. I hope you don't do anything without my orders. Especially when it comes to humans. They are more complicated than we think," said Daniel again.

Virgo understands Daniel's point. He did not refute the words of the Prince whom he respected and loved so much. Now there are no princes or kings left besides Daniel. Several people of the red dragon clan could also be counted on the fingers. The betrayal of an insider became the beginning of the destruction of the red dragon vampire clan. And Daniel's surviving presence makes their clan still respected and feared.

"We also have great respect for the sacrifices of Edward and his wife. We don't mind having his daughter with Master."

"No. Even though I want Jane. I still hope Jane doesn't become my wife. I want Jane to live like a normal human. Marry a normal human and have children. I continue to feel sorry for Jane. If only I didn't come to Edward's family. Maybe Jane would not have a personality disorder like this."

"But why didn't you tell Alex?" asked Virgo.

Daniel shook his head. He didn't want Virgo to continue. Daniel got up and took a deep breath. He looked back at his garden. Various flowers have bloomed. Some fruit has also been fruitful. Vegetables have also been picked according to the needs of the kitchen. They all consume fresh ingredients for cooking. They also catch fish from ponds, while meat is the result of hunting in the forest or also from livestock.

"It seems we haven't hunted in a long time. How about the day after tomorrow we go to the forest to hunt?" asked Daniel.

Virgo is very excited to hear an invitation from Daniel.

"Good. Please prepare my archery tools. I'm afraid they are rusty," said Daniel.

Daniel opened the door. He immediately smelled the dust. A sign if the room was not entered by anyone. Daniel did ask everyone not to open the room. Therefore Daniel snapped his fingers. In an instant the room was clean and shiny with no dust.

The collection of items spans centuries and generations. Coming from various regions of the country. So the price of each item has a fantastic value. Daniel never bought it. All of these items were inherited from his father who had lived for thousands of years. After his father died, Daniel collected the objects in one room. If at any time he misses his father, Daniel can visit that place and start reminiscing about the time he spent with his father.

"This room is still the same," Daniel muttered. His hands touched some of the things he really liked, especially the painting of his father that hung in large size in the middle of the room.

Daniel suddenly felt dizzy. His head felt heavy. He fell into someone's arms. However, before he knew who it was, darkness had enveloped him.
