In a valley of central Puramore located near the headwaters of the sss River, a swarm of building activity wound down to a halt.
A decade before, the Puramore government cordoned off all the land surrounding the valley and began building a purported military base in Glenamore. Immediately upon breaking ground for the principal facility, a one-thousand-strong force of heavily armed soldiers hailing from another land guarded the entire perimeter and interior of the one-hundred-thousand-hectare reserve.
