After clearing customs, the party boarded a commuter helicopter for transportation to the Petronas Towers heliport. The weather was hot and humid. Following the perfunctory security clearance check, they boarded the express lift an hour after first entering the building.
“This lift is swift, but not quite as swift as our Stargazer HST,” Surya said.
The lift rapidly ascended to the top floor.
Both pairs of brothers silently nodded their heads in agreement, apparently still slightly reeling from their hypersonic travel experience.
Upon reaching the upper level of the tower, the lift gently came to a halt. The door opened, and Surya led his charges out to the main lobby.
