The Fletcher brothers met Rolf and Fritz at the front entrance of Tallymore at 7:00 a.m., as appointed.
Rolf advised his charges that they would not return to the mansion until late in the afternoon.
“But we have other things we'd rather attend to this afternoon,” Ian protested.
“Other things?” Fritz countered. “Think about these other things while you enjoy the great outdoors and the privilege of being in the presence of the Brünner brothers.”
In response, Ian merely shrugged his shoulders and harrumphed as a sign of dissent.
“We thought you’d see it our way.”.
He fixed his communication set to his right ear and placed the microphone over his mouth. Rolf did the same.
