Ellie's POV
I watched in horror as they dragged my brother out of that warehouse. He was bloody and beaten and I'm not sure if he was conscious or not. I don't understand why they are doing this to me, but I know it has nothing to do with him and it is because of me. I had to find him.
Rachel and I sat down on the couch holding each other's hands trying to give each other some comfort. When an idea hit me. Tate was going to be so mad at me for this, but I wouldn't let them hurt him any further because of me. I excused myself to the bathroom and pulled my phone out as soon as I had the door shut. I pulled her number up and hit send.
"Took you longer than I figured."
"Well, I didn't think you would answer. What do you want?"
