Chapter 2?

Evangeline’s POV:

When I began to walk towards him, to give him a piece of my mind, as if reading the thoughts that was running in my mind, he stopped me by raising his left hand.

“It is already late. If you didn’t began to get ready now, you will be late to school", he said so casually, and stood still.

He dropped the bomb on me, calmly crossing his bulk arms, that he got from the intense alpha training he was going through, across his chest, as if telling me that it was of nothing important.

I was shocked. I didn’t believe him.

‘It could be one of his pranks to trick me’, I thought.

I gave him a suspicious look. I had set the alarm clock on my cell phone earlier.

If it was the time to get up, it would have went off already. But my cell phone's screen was black, indicating that no notifications have went off till now.

I went to my bedside table and took my cell phone, to check the correct time.

If it was one of my brother's pranks, then I swear to the moon goddess that, I would definitely beat him to pulp and by the end of it, he was going to be sporting a black eye.

But everything was changed, the moment I took notice of the time.

It is 8 in the morning, and I have school, starting at 8:30 am. ‘I am going to be late’, I thought and screamed internally....**Oh the god of all cheese burgers...

My first period was biology class and the teacher who was in charge of the class, Mr. Potts, taking it, was a human who was very strict in following the rules and regulations.

If I go late to his class, then he would definitely give me detention and reduce my grade points.....

”holy god of all hamburgers", I yelled out loud.

Seeing my shocked expression, my brother gave me another one of his infamous smirk and came near me.

He closed my slightly opened mouth, with his index finger, and ruffled my bed hair, which was already looking like a bird’s nest right now, making it more messier than it had been before.

That’s when I noticed that I had opened my mouth in shock.

“Thank me later, Shorty. Now get ready soon. I will be leaving to school in 15 minutes. So, come down soon or else, you can say goodbye to your ride to the school", said my brother, while going out of my room.

**’blasted alarm of mine. It’s all it’s fault’, I whined internally.

Soon I came to my senses, and I frantically made a quick beeline to the bathroom in my room, while gathering all my hairs into my hands and making it into a loose bun on the top of my head, at the same time……

I quickly did my morning business and took a quick hot shower, as I already took a nice and clean bath last night, before going to bed. So my hair was already clean and fluffy.

Then I came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped securely around me. I applied a good amount of moisturizer on my body.

Then I quickly went in to my walk-in closet and opened the cupboard door, to choose the outfit for school today.

I didn’t have enough time, so I have to do it quickly.

I don’t have the good habit of preparing my clothes beforehand, which would have helped me in saving some time today.

Alas, I thought. Well, but no!! As you all know, I am a lazy ass.

I don’t have such a good habit, for which I would curse me at times, but I wouldn’t change my ways though. 'eye roll'.....

I quickly took a white bra and panties for my under garments and changed it first. Then I took a navy blue colored blouse, with lace layering at the sleeve and paired it with a pair of white ripped washable jeans.

The Navy blue blouse had a collar, with delicate hand embroidered designs, which I love the most.

I quickly pulled out my long hair from my messy bun and combed it along it is lengths, starting from the bottom of my hair, then moving towards the roots at last, to remove the knots formed, all due to my messy sleeping posture.

When I was sure that I removed every knots in my long hair, I pulled all my hair into a high ponytail, as my hairstyle, since I didn’t have enough time, to style my long hair otherwise.

I love my long and silky platinum blonde hair. It was fluffy, with natural bright shine to it, which falls in slight curls below my waist and reach my bumps. It looks like melted silver flowing down. Another perks of being a werewolf.

I have long, and thick wavy hair with natural shine to it. Then I sprayed hairspray to my hair, to keep it in place.

Then I moved onto my face.

I applied a light make up, which consists of a primer, a concealer, a winged eyeliner, to bring out my natural baby blue eyes, and a little mascara to the eye lashes.

I did not need to use a fake eye lashes, since I had natural thick eye lashes of my own.

I finished off my makeup, by applying a nude pink lipstick and my favorite charm Bracelet, I got from my grandma, when I was little.

She also gave me a necklace too, with the same charm stones in amethyst color and told me to never take it off.

I still have the necklace around my neck. To finish it off my look, I took a white colored Adidas sports shoes and put it on.

Getting ready, I stood Infront of my dressing table mirror and looked at myself in the mirror.

Satisfied at how I looked, I decided nothing was needed to add to my appearance.

I looked dashing…I gave myself a flying kiss looking at the mirror.

Collecting all the books, I needed today for my classes and the assignments, I needed to submit to the teachers, I stuffed them, inside my school bag, closing the zip in a hurry.

Then going out of my room, I raced down the steps and made a quick beeline to the dining room, where my whole family is having breakfast right now.
