The chosen one

Chapter 4

-Paul-

I hated to leave her. She is my mate my second chance but I need to find out why she was banished. I head to Turners office to take the call. I'd rather have this conversation in my office but this will do. " Alpha Jarred this is Alpha Paul thank you for returning my call."

"The pleasure is all mine. What can I do for you?" The deep voice on the other end said. 

"A week ago we found a girl in are territory. We are unsure how she got threw are patrol but she has the Crescent moon crest with a banishment. I want to know who she is and is she safe to be around"

"Well the last banishment we had was my sister and she died over a year ago. The last banishment before her was before I was born. Do you know this girls name?"

"She just woke up before you called. Her name is Lilly"

Jarred was silent. "Are you still there?"

Jarred cleared his throat."yes I am. Could you text me a picture of this girl. I'll see if my parents know who she is"

"Ya I can do that what's your number?"

She is out again. Paul is going to be pissed off. I know she is his mate but something doesn't feel right. She is acting as if her wolf is trying to come in. To many questions and not enough answers. 

"What happened?" 

"Alpha she passed out again. She was screaming her head hurt and to make it stop then she passed out. I'm not sure what is going on. What did the crescent moon alpha have to say?"

He sits down and runs his hands threw his hair. "He needs me to send a photo. The only member that has been banished since he has been born is his sister and she died a year ago." He takes his phone snaps the photo and sends it. And not even minutes later his phone rings. 

"Hello" "um ya I can have my doctor do that. Yup hold on." He sets the phone down. 

"Turner he says that's his sister. The one that died. Can you please examine her for scars right now." 

"Yes alpha." 

I start looking over Lilly's body for any scars while he is on the phone and boom there is one scar. "Alpha it looks like she was stabbed at one point in her thigh."

"Jarred she has a scar on her left thigh."

"I can do that. See you soon." He hangs up.

"What is going on alpha?"

"He is on his way. He thinks she might be his dead sister. He wants to talk to her. I need to think let me know when she wakes up"

"Yes alpha."

Whatever Lilly has going on I know it's not good. I need to figure out what is going on.

What the hell is going on. I have a second chance mate who is apparently dead. How can that be? Moon goddess how can that be. I head to my room for a quick shower and some sleep before Jarred arrives. Threw my mind link I alert my beta Hank about Jarred coming and to wake me up when they get here. I'm beat. As I drift off to sleep with Lilly on my mind. 

"Hello my child" the most beautiful women I've ever seen said to me. 

"Are you the moon goddess?"

"Yes and I've come to you about Lilly. She needs to phase and let her wolf out or she will die. Also protect her from Jarred he will kill her. "

"I wont let him kill her" 

"My child I know. Lilly is special. Help her and earn her trust." 

Then she disappeared as my eyes opened. Looking at my clock I see its 5am. Jarred should be here soon and I need to figure out what the he is going on.
