Ruby didn't know what to do for the first two seconds when her eyes met his, but then, her brain worked and she ran to the other side of the room to get her shorts.
“s**t, Olivia. I'll call you back. We haven't finished this conversation.” She said and ended the call before zipping up her shorts and squaring her shoulder to face her boss, who she heard entered her room.
But, as soon as she turned to face him, her shoulder drooped off, and the courage she thought she had evaporated.
She had no idea when he got there, or for how long he had watched her for. If anything, she didn't even expect him there. It might be true that she had not been sure she locked the door, but he still didn't have to stand there watching her, only she didn't have the courage to say that to him.
