16 Detective Constable Reid pulled up outside of the house belonging to Howard Skinner and got out. With Constable Pang at his side he made his way round the hedge and up the drive to the front door to deliver the bad news that had brought him there, not that he was sure there was anyone home for him to deliver it to.
