VALENTINA’S POV
I chased Matteo outside, knowing I just created a huge mess. God I was so stupid for letting Nìkolai touch me like that out in the open.
I just can’t help it though, it’s like I fall into some trance from his mere presence.
“Matteo!” I yelled as I stumbled my way over to his car.
He opened his door, but slammed it shut as he glared at me.
“How could you?!” He yelled, “Out of everybody in the world, why did it have to be him?!”
