I wasn’t sure why I said it and I wasn’t really sure if I regretted saying it. It felt so right at that moment to tell her, not that my identity is such a big deal but because I consider Eve a friend, keeping this part of my life a secret doesn’t sit well with me despite the obvious consequences I have been afraid of.
