Chapter 3

Madison's POV

I knock Finn's house door and bring a jar of cookies that I made for Finn and his mom.

"Coming!" Finn's mom voice.

I'm just smiling until Finn's mom open the door. And surprised.

"Hello Mrs. Hudson." I giggle.

"Oh my gosh! Maddy, you grow up now. How are you, honey?" Finn's mom hugs me.

"I'm good." I giggle. "Here I made some cookies."

"Aww you grow up and can cook now? Come in." Finn's mom smiles at me and let me in. "I met your dad this morning and I was surprised because we become neighbor again."

"Yeah I met Finn at school and we also the same." I giggle.

"How was London?" Finn's mom asks me.

"It was great. But I lived in apartment so I dont have any backyard and I went to homeschooling so no much friends." I said.

"Who's her, Carole?" A man asks Finn's mom and smiles at me.

"She is Madison. Finn's girlfriend since they were little in Montreal and our neighbor too." Finn's mom chuckles.

"I'm not Finn's girlfriend." I chuckle.

"Well, I'm Burt Hummel. Finn's step-father." That man shows me a hand.

"Madison Collins." I shake his hand and smiles at him.

"Isnt it exciting? I mean we become neighbor again and you grow up become a beautiful girl." Finn's mom smiles at me.

"Thank you. By the way where is Finn?" I ask her.

"Upstairs. In his room. Just come there." Finn's mom says to me.

"Alright." I nodded and turn my way to the upstairs.

I walk upstairs and looking for Finn's room until I found a room with door open and a sound of game is inside.

"Can you live one day without a game?" I raise my eyebrows and get in.

"Oh shut up, you usually love playing this game with me." Finn says and keep looking at the game.

"I brough some cookies. You want it?" I ask him.

"Place it over there and I promise I will eat that." Finn simply said.

I place my cookies jar on Finn's desk. Then I lay my body on his bed. "It's been six years and you didnt change only taller than me when the last time I met you, I was taller than you." I said.

"I'm sorry about what Quinn did to you after that glee club. She is sort kind of you know a diva." Finn turns his face at me.

"It's okay. Is she your girlfriend?" I ask Finn.

"Yeah. Actually she was my first girlfriend and then she got pregnant and we broke up."

"What? Finn?" I frown and sit up from his bed.

"That baby wasnt mine okay when the first I though it was mine but the fact it was Puck so I broke up with her and start dating Rachel until I broke up again with Rachel and dating Quinn." Finn says to me.

"So Rachel was also your ex?" I ask Finn.

"Yeah and why?" Finn frowns at me.

"I met her this noon in girls toilet and she was really nice to me and let me enter the choir room." I said to Finn.

"She is always be the nice one." Finn half-smiled at me. "So how was London?" Finn asks me.

"It was nice but I lived in an apartment and got homeschooling and I had a boyfriend and his name is Aaron Cordon and he is a college student in Ohio State University." I said to Finn.

"Wow cool." Finn smiles at me.

"We should hangin out together one day and I will introduce you to him." I chuckle.

"Yeah sure. When you moved here?" Finn asks me.

"One week ago. The question is why you didnt tell me that you left Montreal?" I ask Finn.

"Mom and I moved when I want to enter high school and couple months ago, she got married with Burt and I have a step-brother now but he is in Dalton Academy since it's not safe in McKinley because he is gay and someone keep bullying him." Finn says.

"Your life is complete now." I said to Finn.

"What about you? Did you find your mom or anything?" Finn asks me while eating my cookies.

"I went to Manchester and met my grandmother and I finally found something. My parents never married. They just be in a relationship and had s*x and I born. My mom never want to keep me and my dad really want to since the first time he looked at me, he never want to stay away from me. So my dad took me and they both lived together until I age 18 months and can survive without breast milk, my mom decided to left me and nobody knows where is she now. Even my grandma didnt know. My grandma said that she doesnt have a daughter named Florence anymore but she had a granddaughter named Madison." I said to Finn.

"So you never want to find her anymore?" Finn asks me.

I shake my head. "I bet she doesnt even know she had a daughter. My dad is already enough for me."

"I'm here. Dont worry." Finn smiles at me.

"Finn, why you never send me a letter or email?" I raise my eyebrows.

"Because I though you mad at me about that night before you left. And why you never send me letter?" Finn asks me.

"Because I though you mad at me about I left without saying goodbye or anything so I left a sign on my window to let you know I was leaving." I half-smiled at Finn.

"But now you're here." Finn smiles back st me.

"It's glad to back to a place that just looks like my childhood place." I sigh and go back layin my body on Finn's bed.

"It's because I'm here." Finn's giggles and laying his body next to me.

"No, I mean I'm back to a place where I have a backyard and grass because in apartment I cant get that." I said to Finn.

"So what did you do when you were bored there?" Finn asks.

"I walk down in the corridor and press the bell of some random rooms then ran away." I laugh.

"That was stupid." Finn laughs.

"I know and you know what? I almost get caught by the security haha." I laugh.

"But you are runner and you can easily run away from that." Finn chuckles.

"Finn, I'm confused what club shall I join in McKinley. In my former high school I only joined basketball club and arts club. What's your club besides glee club?" I ask Finn.

"I'm the quaterback of football team. I'm one of the member of The Celibacy Club." Finn says to me.

"What? Celibacy Club?" I frown.

"Yeah a club that Quinn made. She was the head cheerios." Finn nodded.

"But you're not virgin anymore right?" I raise my eyebrows.

"Yeah it was a stupid mistakes I made. I was jealous with Rachel and I did that with Santana." Finn sighs.

"I keep that at least until I get married or at least until I find the right person. I dont want my children get the same thing like me. I meant, dont have a mother and I dont even know my mother's face. Well, I have her picture but sometimes it sucks to see that."

"How long you've been dating that Aaron guy?" Finn asks me.

"Two months. He lives in Columbus. We started dating since he had his part time job in dad's company in Columbus and we start skyping and have online flirtationship ever since and officially dating and we met as person one week ago." I said to Finn.

"Be careful when you have a relationship with someone you know from the internet even though he is kind of a good guy." Finn says to me.

"I know that." I nodded.

Finn and I didnt say anything. Just laying our body on his bed next to each other and looking at the roof with a silent and only the clock ticks around us.

I dont know why but I just dont like when Finn started talking about that Quinn girl. First, I dont like because she was really rude to me and second I dont know what the reason is and all I know I just dont like it.

Finn's POV

Madison and I just laying our body next to each other on my bed. With a silent between us and the clocks ticks around us.

I dont know when are getting older there less words we can talk to each other and we cant say anything we want like we used to.

But I feel something wrong with me when she started talking about her boyfriend. I kind of didnt like it and I'm curious what Aaron guy looks like.

Suddenly Madison moves her body and make aslant facing me and place her hand on my belly. I turn my face at her and she fall asleep.

I move my body make aslant facing her and rub her cheek. I dont know why but I feel everything back when she is here. I feel like my life is back.

But I cant protect her like it used to since she has someone who can protect her now. Well, I dont care. I've been there for past seventeenth years and I just wanna be there for her.

I pull the blanket to cover our body. When we were little we usually sleeping together and now I want to repeat those memory again.

Madison's POV

I put my book inside my locker and then take my bagpack and ready for booty camp that Mr. Schuester said yesterday even though I kinda dont understand it.

"Stay away from my boyfriend!" Quinn suddenly shut my locker and almost make my finger hurt.

"Can you talk politely?" I raise my eyebrows.

"Listen, I dont care how long you and Finn been friends but I just want to warn you that Finn is mine. I was his first girlfriend and his first everything so you need to back off. You can be friends with him but you cant have him!" Quinn glares at me.

"I dont understand how could Finn fall in love with a b***h like you." I frown.

"You call me what?!" Quinn suddenly slap my face.

"Quinn! You're out of line here!" A mohawk guy come to us.

I hold my cheek and hold my tears. "Thanks for this." I said to her.

"You're welcome." Quinn glares at me and walks off.

"You okay?" That mohawk guy asks me.

"Yeah I'm fine." I nodded and walk off.

It's not a a week but I already got this. I keep walking and hold my cheek because she slapped me really hard until tears fall down to my face and I turn my way to girls toilet.

I'm still crying and enter the girls toilet. I'm standing on the corner in front of the mirror and still crying.

This is first time, I got this and I got this from Finn's girlfriend and he wasnt there and I dont know I should tell him about this or not because I'm afraid it will be worse.

I'm still crying and sit down on the ground on the corner and cover my face with my hand. When I was eleventh when I got the same thing like this Finn always protect me and standing in front of me but now everything is gone.

"Madison, are you okay?" Rachel asks me with the others glee club girls are frowning at me.

"Hey, you can tell us if you want." The black girl says to me.

I just shake my head and still crying. "Maddy! You there?" Finn suddenly walks in.

"Finn, this is girls toilet." The black girl says.

"I know! I'm sorry but I dont see anything okay!" Finn says to them and takes my body to stand up. "I'm sorry about what Quinn has done to you okay. I'm really sorry." Finn hugs me.

I push his body away slowly. "That was first time I got this." I said to Finn and about to walk off.

"Maddy, I'm really sorry. She just jealous!" Finn yells.

"Just stay away from me." I simply said and walk off.

I dont want to get into a trouble again but that Quinn girl is really dangerous and I guess I should stay away from Finn or my high school life will be darker.

I keep walking until I got to the auditorium and some boys already there. I just hope that my red eyes wont really exposing because I dont want to let Quinn knows that I was crying.

The girls are walk in. Finn just half-smiled at me but then Quinn takes his hand and glares at me. I just let out a sigh and pretend like she is just a ghost or something.

"Alright, lets start this. Mike and Brittany takes the floor." Mr. Schuester says to us.

That asian guy and the blonde tall girl standing on the front and start dancing as we follow them.

I'm still trying to dance but then Quinn kicked my feet and make me fall by sit down on the ground.

"Quinn! That was rude!" Rachel yelled.

"Sorry, if you can dance just go out from this place." Quinn simply said.

"Come on." Rachel takes my hand and help me to stand up.

"Thank you, Rachel." I half-smiled at Rachel.

"It's okay." Rachel nodded.

I turn my face at Finn and he just looking at me until Quinn holds his hand and he turn his face at Quinn.

Two hours later

I take my bagpack and went out from the auditorium and turn my way to the parking lot.

"Hey, I know we never really talk but you seems bit lonely here. My name is Mercedes Jones by the way." That black girl walks next to me.

"Hi. Nice to meet you." I smile at her.

"And I'm Tina Cohen-Chang." That asian girl walks next to me and smiles at me.

"Santana Lopez. The hot b***h in this school." That latina girl says proudly.

"And I'm Lauren Zizes and I dont like them." A big girl says to me.

"And the last one is Brittany S. Pierce." Rachel introduce that blonde tall girl to me.

"I know Brittany since Mr. Schuester mentioned her a lot." I said to them.

"Listen, Madison. You are part of us now and you still have us to talk with you even though I know what Quinn did was really rude but you have us." Rachel says to me.

"Yeah. Quinn is a b***h just screw her." Santana simply said.

"Thank you girls." I smile at them.

Suddenly I see Aaron's car in the parking lot and he is standing outside his car and smiling at me.

"My boyfriend is already arrived. See you guys tomorrow." I wave them a goodbye and walk to Aaron.

"Hey baby, making new friend huh." Aaron smiles at me and walk closer to me.

"Yeah kind of." I giggle.

Aaron put his hand around my shoulder and kisses my head as we walk to his car and get into his car.

Finn's POV

Quinn keeps holding my elbow as we walk together to the parking lot. I see the girls are trying to comfort Madison and talk to her. I just half-smiled and I will talk to her after this.

I know what Quinn did was really rude but I cant get through with that. I love my girlfriend but I cant see my bestfriend got this.

We keep walking until we got to the parking lot and I see a guy has his arms around Madison and kisses her head.

Is that Aaron guy? I suddenly completely frozen looking that them and I dont know what's wrong with me.

"Finn, come on!" Quinn pulls my hand.

"Yeah." I nodded.

I turn my way and go back walking with Quinn until the car with Madison inside walk passed me.

I keep looking at that car and Madison didnt turn back at me. I will apologize to her after this.

Madison's POV

"Honey, can you give this to Carole? Yesterday she gave us dinner." Dad asks me.

"Sure." I simply nodded and take that food box from the dining table.

I went out from my house and holding that food box and turn my way to Finn's house. I just hope that I wont meet him right now.

"Mrs. Hudson!" I knock the door.

Finn's step-father open the door and smiles at me. "Can I help you, girl?"

"Dad told me to give this to Carole." I said to him and show him the food box.

"Just come in. Carole in the dining room." Finn's step-father said and walks lead me.

I let out a sigh and follow him. I hope that I wont meet Finn. I wont meet Finn. Just not now.

"Carole, someone is looking for you." Finn's step-father said as we walk enter the dining room.

I can see that Quinn is here and glares at me and sit down next to Finn with another guy opposite Finn and I bet he is Finn's step-brother.

"Hey honey, what's up?" Finn's mom smiles at me.

"Dad told me to give this to you and say thank you for yesterday." I said and give that box to Finn's mom.

"Michael always be like that. I meant, we helped each other for almost twelve years. But say thank you to your dad." Finn's mom says to me.

"Sure. If that food isnt delicious, just throw it to the trash, than you guys get stomachache." I chuckle.

"You want to have a dinner with us?" Finn's step-father asks me.

"Yeah. Last night, your dad was looking for you and I told him that you were here and I was hearing your voice so I went to Finn's room and you both were sleeping so he had dinner with us here." Finn's mom said to me.

I can see that Quinn give me a death stare right now. Oh damn! I hate this.

"Oh, you have to know. This is Kurt Hummel, Finn's step-brother. He went back here after having boarding school in Dalton Academy." Finn's mom says to me.

"So you Kurt? I saw your perfomance on last regionals and you sang my favorite song and it was amazing. I'm Madison Collins. Nice to meet you." I'm smiling at him.

"Thank you so much. Nice to meet you too." Kurt smiles back at me.

"Well, I think I better go. My dad must be waiting for me." I said to them.

"Say thanks to your dad." Finn's mom says to me.

"I will!" I nodded and walk off.

I went out from Finn's house. I didnt wanna talk to Finn and I hate that Quinn girl who always give me a death stare like I will steal her boyfriend.

I walk enter my house and walk to the dining table and sit down while dad is preparing the dinner.

I sit down on the seat and looking at dad. He is such an amazing man. The best man in this world. My superhero and my everything.

"Why you looking at me like that?" Dad chuckles.

"I'm really proud of you, dad. I have the best father in this world." I giggle.

"And I'm really proud of you too." Dad strokes my hair and sit down opposite me.

"When I found that you and mom never married and you choose to raise me alone, I was thinking that you're the one who loves me unconditionally but sometimes I'm thinking that I was adopted or not." I chuckle.

"You're not adopted. You're purely mine. Florence and I were in love but her ego lost her mine." Dad says to me.

"Dad, you never want to have a wife?" I raise my eyebrows.

"For what? Without having a wife, I already have you in my life." Dad smiles at me.

I stand up from my seat and hug him from behind and cross my hand around his neck. "I love you so much, dad."

"I love you more." Dad kisses my cheek. "Now let's eat this food." Dad says to me.

"Alright, sir!" I giggle.

"I though that Aaron would have dinner here." Dad says as he place the food on my plate.

"He said that he just want to pick me up from school then he has to back to college for football practice." I said to dad.

"I see." Dad says as eating his food.

I nodded and eating my food. Every day will always be like this only me and my dad. I dont have a mother and I dont care with that as long as my dad is still with me.
