My eyes narrowed as I took in the unexpected sight before me. Victor's presence here was bewildering. Seth, equally surprised, cautiously moved closer to him. When Victor finally noticed me, he greeted me with a sly grin and said, "Hello there, my sexy sister-in-law." I shot him a withering glare, choosing to dismiss his irritating comment.
Seth, still puzzled by Victor's presence, asked, "What brings you here, Victor?" His confusion mirrored my own.
Victor, undeterred, shifted his gaze from me to Seth, that annoying smile of his still firmly in place. "Well, my dear friends," he replied, "what else could anyone possibly be doing in a hospital?" He then returned his attention to me, his words laden with flattery. "You look absolutely breathtakingly attractive."
