On the way back we took our time to cover our tracks. We run around in circles, split up for a while to join again by the river. We swam with the flow for ten miles down the river and crossed on the other side of it by the wetlands. We covered our furs in the mud and ran to the mountains. When we ran past the dell leading to our village we stopped by a small lake and washed the mud off ourselves. We were already in our lands, it was no point to hide our scent anymore.
When my fur was already cleaned I went to the shore, changed into my human form and put on a dress I was carrying in my muzzle all this time. Dido and Elara did the same thing and were ready to face our tribe.
