I made my decision last night to just screw the conference and go home. I have to be with my husband. Though he doesn’t really speak about it, but I can feel that Pop being in critical conditions really affects him. He needs to be comforted too. Alyssa said that a big part of Austin’s success now is because of the old man. If not for his help, Austin’s family might still be struggling in the market dealing with loan sharks. I just asked Jeanie to stay and finish it instead. She’s trustworthy and I know she’ll be a very good representative for me. Now, I'm currently walking out of the elevator to Austin’s office.
"Hi, Sara!" I greeted cheerfully.
"Good morning, Mrs. Martin!" she greeted back with a warm smile. “Welcome back!”
"Thanks! And here’s for you…I know you love it…”
