Chapter Twelve Zander screeched his work van to a stop outside the Noonans’ house and tore inside. As soon as he spotted Petey, he swept him into a bear hug that had the boy squirming in protest. “You’re okay? What’s that bruise on your forehead?” “It’s fine.
