“This does not look good, not good at all.” I said. We had been trying to stop the bleeding from the knife wound for hours, but nothing was working. I have used intravenous vitamin K, fresh frozen plasma, blood, and platelets, but it did not stop no matter what we tried. “Nurse, keep your hand on the bleed while I clamp it to stop the bleeding, then I'm going to stitch and then glue it close and let the clamp remain maybe that will buy us some time let's hope this will work. I have never seen a stab wound that burns through the stitch and glue every time we close the wound to stop the bleeding. I have to find out what kind of knife this is. That’s the only way we are going to be able to save her and the baby. I will triple stitch and glue repeatedly
