“From whose pack, Alpha Eleo?” Beta Gani reiterated his question when I did not reply to him at once.
Not wanting to heighten more his curiosity and concern, I answered him. “According to one of our guards, they were there at our Village gate when Thermally arrived although he was not sure if they were Thermally’s advance party companion.”
“If they are from Thermally’s pack, what could be the reason for them to attack us? Was there something that happened between you and Thermally that would somehow agitate her and would make her think of avenging against us, or may I say, against Adamantem?” Beta Gani’s mind was really bright.
