"Finally they're here!"
Arlo exclaimed when he saw Brix and Sandra coming down the stairs.
Josephine turned to look at the two with a smile as she was holding the bowl of steamed rice that she was going to bring to the table.
"Let me help you Aunty." But Arlo met her on her way to the table and took the bowl from her.
"Thank you." Josephine gratefully.
"We thought you had no intention of leaving the room."
Arlo said when the two were finally at the table.
Brix pulled out the chair for Sandra and then sat in the empty seat next to her.
"What is it, Arlo?
Brix asked with his palms together as he rested his elbow on the table.
As if he didn't hear what his beta was saying. But in truth he already knew what he was about to do.
He intended to tease him.
"Huh? Nothing."
