BELLA When I get closer, I can smell the smoke coming from the house. Gratefully, it really is just one house instead of a whole damn village. At least this way, I can judge how the Fae might react if they figure out I’m not from here at all. The cute little log cabin sits in the middle of a small clearing. It’s not been cold, so I assume the fire is to cook on and not for warmth. Deciding it would be a good idea to see how many Fae live here. I just watch from some bushes, because I really don’t want to scare anyone. Before I know it, a vine wraps around my arms and yanks me out of the bushes, and tosses me into the clearing.
